BZT's Partner - Zambian Rainbow Development Foundation (ZRDF)
ZRDF is a registered Zambian charity with a Zambian management (Brandy Mungaila is the Director) and staff and a Zambian Board chaired by an eminent Lusaka lawyer, Nchima Nchito. Brandy has a degree in agricultural economics from the University of Zambia and an MBA from Solusi University. BZT helped in the formation of ZRDF in 2012. The Chairman of BZT is a Trustee of ZRDF.

Safeguarding
BZT does not work directly with vulnerable groups. BZT is funding ZRDF in activities that do involve contact with children. BZT has a duty to carry out our appropriate due diligence on ZRDF’s policies and procedures.
BZT has seen and commented on a draft Safeguarding Policy and Procedures of ZRDF which has been agreed by the ZRDF Trustees and fully implemented.
